About our LGBTQ+/Business Resource Group (BRG)
Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are critical to creating inclusive employee-run affinity groups that provide a space to strengthen relationships, network, and drive multicultural education. One of our BRGs is the Pride Resource Group which ensures an environment where our employees feel safe and can be their authentic selves at work. The group strategically partners with leadership to promote a culture of respect, diversity, and understanding. Their goals are to raise awareness regarding LGBTQ+ issues and to volunteer in the communities where we work. And, of course, the Pride group is inclusive and open to everyone! #ThisIsWhere you belong!
